Shorebase Facilities

Shore Base Facilities means onshore support facilities that during drilling, development, maintenance and producing operations provide such services to the Joint Property as receiving and transhipment point for supplies, materials and equipment, debarkation point for drilling and production personnel and services; communication, scheduling, and dispatching center; other associated functions benefiting the Joint Property. "Offshore Facilities" shall mean platforms and support systems such as oil and gas handling facilities, living quarters, offices, shops, cranes or any kind of heavy equipment electrical supply equipment and systems, fuel and water storage and piping, heliport, marine docking installations, communication facilities, navigation aids, and other similar facilities necessary in the conduct of offshore operations.

Existing Facilitiesmeans, collectively, the Existing Servicing Advance Facilities, the Existing Warehouse Facilities and the Existing MSR Facilities.

Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs

Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.

Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are.

Common Facilities means the areas, facilities and improvements provided by the Landlord in the Building (except the Leased Premises and the Other Leased Premises) and on or about the Property, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Parking Facilities and access roads thereto, for non-exclusive use by the Tenant in accordance with subsection 2.2 of this Agreement, as they may, in the Landlord's sole discretion, be increased, decreased, modified, altered or otherwise changed from time to time before, during or after the Term.

Offshore facility means any facility of any kind located in, on, or under any of the navigable waters of the United States, and any facility of any kind which is subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and is located in, on, or under any other waters, other than a vessel or a public vessel;

Parking Facilities means that part of the Project containing parking facilities with vehicular access thereto including, without limitation, parking spaces, ramps, circulation space, vehicular entrances and exits, the structural elements thereof and services, facilities and systems contained in or servicing such parking facilities.

Existing Facility has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.

On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

Omnibus facilities means motor vehicles, of the type

Common Areas and Facilities means those areas, facilities, improvements, installations and equipment in or around the Building existing from time to time that: (i) are neither rented nor designated nor intended by the Landlord to be rented: and (ii) are provided or designated from time to time by the Landlord for use in common by the Landlord, the Tenant, other tenants of the Building or their sublessees, agents, employees, customers, invitees or licensees, whether or not those areas are open to the general public or to all tenants of the Building including, without limitation, the Building Systems, entrances, lobbies, access and service corridors, stairways, indoor and outdoor walkways (both open and enclosed), malls, courts and arcades (both open and enclosed), public seating areas and facilities, public washrooms, indoor and outdoor landscaping and landscaped areas, passageways or tunnels leading to any public walkway or other facilities or to other buildings or concourses, mailrooms, electrical, telecommunications, cable, meter, valve, mechanical, storage and janitor rooms, telecommunication and electrical risers, shipping and receiving areas and loading docks, package or passenger pick-up areas, waste disposal or recycling facilities, parking facilities, driveways, laneways and ramps and sidewalks, parks and other municipal facilities for which the Landlord directly or indirectly is subject to obligations in its capacity as owner of the Building or an interest in it, all as may be altered, expanded, reduced, reconstructed or relocated from time to time.

Infrastructure facility means any publicly or privately owned facility providing or distributing services for the benefit of the public, such as water, sewage, energy, fuel or communications

Public facilities means major capital improvements, including, but not limited to, transportation, sanitary sewer, solid waste, drainage, potable water, educational, parks and recreational, and health systems and facilities.

Satellite facility means a secured facility at which collection and storage of household hazardous materials and hazardous materials from conditionally exempt small quantity generators are accomplished prior to transportation of these materials to a regional collection center. A satellite facility has a written contract with a regional collection center for the removal of collected household hazardous materials. A satellite facility may be operated by a government agency or a private agency under contract with a government agency as part of a solid waste comprehensive plan. A satellite facility is available for public drop off of household hazardous materials either during regularly scheduled hours or by appointment.

Production facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

Railroad facilities means right of way and related

Interconnection Facilities means the facilities on SPDA side of the Delivery Point for scheduling, transmitting and metering the electrical output in accordance with this Agreement and which shall include, without limitation, all other transmission lines and associated equipment, transformers, relay and switching equipment and protective devices, safety equipment and RTU, Data Transfer and Acquisition facilities for transmitting data

Other Facilities means any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility

Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
